Holiday Camps

Most Progressive Holiday Camps run from 8:00am to 6:00pm.

Children should bring comfortable clothes, a packed lunch and a refillable water bottle.

We recommend trainers suitable for sports and a light coat for outdoor activities.

Yes. Our teams create a varied daily schedule so no two camp days feel the same.

Children can take part in a mix of sports, games and creative activities, with up to 20 activities available across the day.

Yes. Our Holiday Camps welcome children aged 4 and above (Reception+).
Activities are organised by age group so children feel comfortable, supported and able to take part at their own pace.

Absolutely. You can book a single day, multiple days, or a full week, depending on what works best for your family.

The Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme is a government-funded initiative providing eligible families with free holiday camp places during school holidays.

HAF camps usually run during longer breaks such as Easter, Summer and Christmas. Places are allocated through your local council.
Progressive works with local authorities to help families access this support.

Holiday Camps give children a chance to stay active, make friends and try new activities during the school holidays.

Yes. All Progressive camp staff are DBS checked, first aid trained and experienced in working with children.

No. Children are welcome to attend any Progressive Holiday Camp location, even if they do not attend that school during term time.

Billing & Payments

Bookings are made online through your Progressive account.

We accept debit and credit cards, Tax Free Childcare and Childcare Vouchers where applicable.

Yes. Many Progressive venues accept Tax Free Childcare.

Simply select this option during booking or use your childcare account to pay for eligible sessions.

Bookings can usually be cancelled or rescheduled through your online account.

Health & Safety

All Progressive staff are DBS checked and trained in safeguarding and first aid.

Our teams are experienced, supportive and passionate about working with children.

You can share medical information during registration.

Our team will review this in advance so the appropriate support can be provided.

We follow Ofsted guidance, carry out full risk assessments at every venue and maintain safe staff to child ratios at all times.

Inclusion & Accessibility

Financial Support

Many Progressive venues accept Childcare Vouchers and payments through Universal Credit childcare support.

Available payment plans will be shown at checkout if they apply to your booking.

The Holiday Activities and Food programme is managed by local councils.

If your child is eligible, you will receive information from your school or local authority on how to book funded places.

Account Setup & Booking Management

Visit the booking page and follow the steps to register.

It only takes a minute to set up your account and start booking activities.

Select “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the steps to create a new password for your Progressive account.

Log into your Progressive account, open your profile and update your child’s information at any time.

This ensures our team has the correct medical and contact details.

Once your booking is completed you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details.

You can also view all upcoming bookings inside your account dashboard.

Common Parent Questions

If you are delayed, please contact the venue team as soon as possible.
Our staff will safely supervise your child until collection arrangements are confirmed.

Refund and amendment policies may vary by location.

When paying with Tax Free Childcare, search for the registered Progressive childcare provider within your government childcare account and send payment to the relevant venue.

Payments may take several days to process before appearing in your booking account.

When using childcare vouchers you may be asked for the registered provider name or account reference linked to your local Progressive venue.

These details are normally provided during the booking process.
